More to come!
FOOD AND DRINK - THE FESTIVAL HUB
The Pleasance Cabaret Cafe and bar is open and accessible to all; all day and into the evening throughout the weekend.
It will be open from Friday evening for pre-concert drinks, coffee etc.
The Cabaret Cafe and bar is our ‘Festival Hub’ on Saturday and Sunday from 10.00 am: providing beverages and limited food, and stalls (closing at 5.00pm), sessions, good company and with the occasional special event. Just come in and join us. It’s very laid-back, friendly - and families (and fiddles) are welcome..
Our information desk, merchandising stall and, of course, the ever present CD stall, are also in this area.
Sunday repeats the Saturday activities - but excluding the Festival Club.
CASHLESS / CONTACTLESS PAYMENT ONLY
Please note the EUSA Cabaret Bar/Cafe is cashless for all transactions.
This was adopted during the Covid pandemic by the Edinburgh University Students Association (EUSA) and has now been continued.
The good news is that the Student bar prices are still much cheaper than other establishments, and they maintain that pricing for our Festival goers :)
SESSIONS
There will be led sessions in the Lomond Room on both Saturday and Sunday; with breaks between for informal tunes.
Our daytime programme runs from 10.00am until 5pm, and finishes on Sunday at the Final Stramash in the Bar - 5.30pm.
Our Festival Hub is very laid-back and friendly with all ages welcomed.
All sessions are free to attend each day - just come in and join us - and bring your fiddle along if you play.
