LÉDA

LÉDA is a contemporary folk duo based in Glasgow combining harp, fiddle, piano and voice. It features both Éadaoin Ní Mhaicín (Multiple All Ireland Titles) & Amy Laurenson (BBC Radio Scotland Young Traditional Musician of the Year 2023).

Between them they have travelled the world playing music and appeared on world leading stages such as Broadway, Aviva Stadium, Croke Park, RDS, Marley Park, National Concert Hall in Dublin and The Barbican Theatre in London to China, Canada and Finland to name but a few.

Éadaoin and Amy have collaborated in creating newly composed music, a fusion of folk and traditional with the Irish and Shetland influence weaving its way through the intricate sounds leaving the listener spellbound.

Their debut EP was awarded ‘Album of the Week’ on RTÉ Radio.
